The series was a collaboration between WWF, Sky Ocean Rescue, North Devon UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, National Trust and the Environment Agency.

This was a personal project I choose to work on to showcase my food illustration.
As a lover of food and cooking, as well as beautifully illustrated cookbooks and food magazines I was excited to work on my own imagined editorial spread.
Taking inspiration from the colourful recipes of Ottolenghi, I chose this bright, tasty tomatoes salad as start point and used my watercolour and colour pencil to bring to life the recipe in a tasty and vibrant way!
I put the illustrations together in an imagined editorial spread for a foodie magazine or cookbook.
