A4 handpainted custom portrait of your home, a special venue or shop in pen and watercolour.
House portraits are lovely way to celebrate, a new home or old home, a wedding venue or special place. Once you've purchased this listing you will need to send me a clear, good quality photo of your building at the angle you'd like it painting along with any text you would like including; for example the house name or first line of address and any special details. I aim to get your custom portrait in the post to you within 1 month of receiving your order and the relevant information. Please make me aware of any deadlines or special dates when you order.Please note these portraits are only for personal display use, any portrait you wish to use for comercial uses will need to be issued with a license, get in touch with me to discuss any commercial venue portrait commissions.
All items may be returned within 14 days of receipt so long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Should an item not be returned in adequate condition for resale Sarah Dowling reserves the right to only offer a partial refund. The cost of post and packaging will be at your own expense and only the value of the item(s) will be refunded.
Should you wish to make an exchange you will need to pay any outstanding balance for the difference in cost of products plus any additional postage incurred before the replacement item will be sent. Please do not send any returns without first contacting Sarah Dowling.
If an item arrives damaged or you believe there to be something wrong with it please contact Sarah at hello@sarahdowling.co.uk to discuss the problem within 7 days of receipt. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or issue and in the case of damage include photographs of the packaging that the item arrived in as well. Sarah will either arrange with you to send a replacement or issue a full refund provided the required evidence is valid.
